In practical terms, this means: “Whom you see, what you hear, please leave it here!” This ensures a safe and supportive environment where individuals can express themselves freely without fear of exposure outside this space.

2. Sharing Personal Experiences:
   We commit to sharing only our own experiences, strength, and hope. By focusing on our personal journeys, we focus on our own lives and empower others to do the same. This also means that any activity aimed at convincing other group members of one’s own beliefs has no place in our meetings.

3. No Crosstalk or Unsolicited Advice:
   We maintain a respectful silence while others are speaking, refraining from crosstalk or offering unsolicited advice. This practice ensures that each person feels heard and validated without interruption or judgment.

4. Praying for Each Other:
